At Fry Daddy’s, we take the Southern favorites you know and love and put our own spin on them. We’re all about big flavor, good food, and making something familiar just a little more exciting. Our catfish is at the heart of what we do. We use real, fresh, locally sourced catfish, and you can taste the difference. Our scratch-made seasoning blend and breading create the signature Fry Daddy’s flavor, while the fish itself has that clean, fresh-water taste you only get from fish that comes from the water it calls home. It’s a Southern classic, but it’s uniquely ours—and it’s something we’re proud to serve. 

 

And while catfish may be our specialty, there’s plenty more on the menu.
